Day 1: Pick up and transfer to Masai Mara National Reserve

With approximately 225 kilometers between Nairobi and Masai Mara National Reserve, this journey takes about 5 to 6 which also doubles as a road trip. As you transfer to Masai Mara National Reserve, you’ll drive through the great rift valley where you can have a stop at the view point to marvel at the stunning beauty of the valley floor. Continue with a drive to Masai Mara National Reserve, passing through small towns like Mai Mahiu, Narok, and several vibrant roadside markets that allow visitors to have a glimpse into local Kenyan Settings.

Arrive in Masai Mara National Reserve by lunchtime and take some time to relax. After a lunch and a short rest at the lodge, immerse yourself in Maasai culture with a guided visit to a Maasai village. This experience grant you an opportunity to learn about the traditions, witness vibrant dances, and join a short guided nature walk with a Maasai warrior, gaining insights into their harmonious relationship with nature.

Day 2: Full Day Game Drives in Masai Mara – Unbeatable Wildlife Viewing

Wake up early morning and prepare to head for breakfast to energize before all-day animal watching. Take a 4×4 vehicle and go for morning and evening game drives to experience a full day of wildlife viewing filled with speculator sightings of Big Fives. This park is home to diversified mammal species like antelopes, hippos, elephants, cheetahs, leopards and the dramatic wildebeest migration. There is plenty of time to appreciate the endless scenic landscapes in the vast areas of Masai Mara National  Reserve and explore the beautiful jungles.

After return for lunch in your accommodation and relax until the evening drive. Head for the final game drive for the day and visit unexplored parts of the reserve.

Day 3: Masai Mara to Lake Nakuru – Flamingos and Rhinos

After spending the early hours of the morning on a game drive, take your breakfast and commence on the journey to the wilderness of Lake Nakuru National Park. Appreciate the changing landscapes from rolling hills, open savannah plains in Masai Mara National Reserve to Rift Valley escarpments and alkaline lakes around Lake Nakuru National Park.

Settle in, enjoy a relaxed stay upon your arrival at Lake Nakuru National Park in the late afternoon hours of day. The epic attraction of Lake Nakuru are the lesser pink flamingos that are seen alongside other wildlife like elephants, lions, antelopes, buffaloes, hippopotamuses, leopards among others.

Spend a lunch break at your accommodation and go for the evening day drive and spot some wild animals in the plains and view photogenic landscapes. After return to your lodge for a dinner to conclude the first day of Lake Nakuru safaris.

Day 4: Lake Nakuru to Lake Naivasha – Serenity on the Water

Start the second day in Lake Nakuru with an early morning breakfast and embark on a game drive to view giraffes, elands, lions, leopards, elephants, hippos, and the much more loved birds of this unique park.

In mid-morning, travel to the alkaline waters in Lake Naivasha, which is home to many birds of Kenya. On arrival in the early afternoon hours, check into your hotel and munch on a mouthwatering lunch at the accommodation.

Witness the iconic birds of Lake Naivasha National Park on a boat ride along the life-abundant waters to see flamingoes and other unique birds of Kenya. Day 5: Lake Naivasha to Amboseli – Under the Shadow of Kilimanjaro

Go for an early morning game drive to bid farewell to the pristine world of Lake Naivasha and head to Hell’s Gate National Park for cycling alongside wild animals.

After the wild adventures at Hell’s Gate National Park, go for breakfast and warm up for the trip to the elephant paradise of Amboseli National Park. The way to see the elephant migration in Amboseli, take a quick stop in Kenya’s capital (Nairobi) for lunch and appreciate the urban center.

Arrive in the area of Amboseli in the evening and spend time refreshing in your accommodation or go briefly for a game drive to view birds and Big Five animals (lions, leopards, elphants buffalos and rhinos). This is the best place to many groups of elephants in Kenya.

Watch the large elephant herds during the migration in Amoseli with the backdrop of the freely standing snowcapped Mountain Kilimanjaro. The shimmering Kilimanjaro offers a good site for wildlife photography.

Day 6: Full Day in Amboseli – Majestic Elephants and Kilimanjaro Views

Dedicate an entire day exploring the magnificent jungles of Amboseli, taking trips in the open savannahs and acacia woodlands for African Big Cats (cheetahs, lions, and leopards). Marvel at the Amboseli’s famed large-tusked elephants, as well as giraffes, lions, zebras, and other exciting wildlife found in the grasslands of the park.

The scenic ride is offer an opportunity to see Kenya’s gems like Tsavo and land forms.

Relax and unwind by the pristine white sands and turquoise waters of Kenya’s coastal paradise on arrival in the city of Mombasa. The most famous of the beaches is Diani Beach providing tranquil moments for refreshing for travelers.

Day 8-9: Diani Beach – Relaxation and Adventure
