Day 1: Arrival in Uganda

Day 2: Journey to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park

The trek begins at 8:00 AM, and you’ll be equipped with essential items like a packed lunch, rain jacket, and jungle boots. Day 4: Exploring the Ishasha Sector

After breakfast, you’ll depart Bwindi and journey to the Ishasha sector of Queen Elizabeth National Park, known for its rare tree-climbing lions. 4X4 LUXURY SAFARI LANDCRUISER

We have luxury latest Land cruisers each driven by professionally trained driver guides and fuel. They have pop-up roofs for proper game viewing and photography. They come with a small fridge for cooling your drinking water while on safari (which is always included while In the Vehicle).

They have inverters for charging small gadgets such as smartphones and cameras. They can seat five to a maximum of seven people and each client is guaranteed a window seat.

Gorilla Tracking

Gorilla tracking is the highlight of this Great Primates Uganda Safari, offering a rare opportunity to observe these magnificent creatures in their natural habitat. The cost of the gorilla permit is included in your safari tariff, but availability is limited and permits must be booked well in advance. We will handle the permit acquisition on your behalf, ensuring that everything is in place for your trek. Please note that once a gorilla permit is purchased, it is non-refundable, even in the event of cancellation.

Visa Requirements

A visa is required for entry into Uganda. Your passport must be valid for at least six months beyond your return date, and the visa fee is $50 for a single entry, valid for one month. We recommend obtaining your visa before departure to avoid any delays upon arrival.

Transport

Throughout the Great Primates Uganda Safari, you will travel in a comfortable 4×4 minibus or Land Cruiser, depending on the group size and road conditions. These vehicles are equipped to handle the varied terrain of Uganda’s national parks, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable journey.
