Detailed day by day 7 Days Tanzania Wildlife & Beach Holiday itinerary

Day 01: Tarangire National Park

From Arusha, your driver guide will pick you up earl at about 7:30 and drive you to Tarangire National Park to start your 7 Days Tanzania Wildlife & Beach Holiday. Arrive in the park and proceed for a short gam viewing safari. Drive to your booked lodge at the Park and check in. at the lodge you will be served lunch.

After lunch, embark on an afternoon Game drive in Tarangire National Park.

Although this National Park is less popular than its counterparts, Serengeti National Park and Ngorongoro Crater, Tarangire is one of the best places to visit in Tanzania for wildlife safaris. This National Park is famous for its large herds of elephants that usually roam the plains and congregate near the water holes. You will have a chance to witness elephants just close to your safari vehicle since they are accustomed to human presence. Besides elephants, you will also encounter a number of different wildlife species in the park including lions, leopards, buffalos, hyenas, and various mammal grazers.

Explore the park, enjoy the stunning sceneries of the rolling plains dotted with acacia tress and the giant baobab trees creating one of the most scenic environments for wildlife watching and photography. After your breathtaking adventure in the park, return to your lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 02: Morning game drive in Tarangire and transfer to Serengeti National Park

Today you will wake up early in the morningand have breakfast at your lodge. After breakfast, head out for a short game drive in Tarangire to spot more wildlife including those you might have missed during the previous game drive. Look out for various wildlife species but keep an eye out for the famous African big five animals (lion, leopard, rhino, buffalo, and elephant). For kin birders, there are opportunities to spot various resident birdlife during your game drive.

After your morning recap game drive,  return to your Camp for relaxation and a hefty meal. After lunch at the Camp, you will check out and embark on a transfer to Serengeti National Park for your next adventure. Arrive in Serengeti in the evening and have an en-route drive to your lodge.

Day 03: Full day exploring Serengeti National Park

Wake up early in the morning and have breakfast at your loge. After breakfast, depart the lodge with your lunch boxes for a full day exploration safari in Serengeti National Park. Serengeti National Park is renowned for its large numbers of wildlife that roam the vast plains of the park. It is known for large populations of lion, leopard, rhino, elephant,  buffalo, zebras, giraffes, wildebeests, cheetahs, and several antelope species among other.

Explore various sections of Serengeti, visit the Ndutu area for opportunities to witness the great wildebeest migration, and visit the hippo pool to spot large schools of hippos interacting with each other.

As the day draws to a close, embark on a thrilling sunset safari to witness the golden light bathing the rolling savannahs of Serengeti whilst casting a long shadow across the beautiful landscape. You will have plenty of opportunities to take some beautiful photographs of both wildlife and spectacular sunsets. As day transform into night, return to your lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 04: Fly to Zanzibar

After breakfast, check out and drive to Seronera for a scheduled flight to Zanzibar Airport. Arrive at Zanzibar where your guide will be waiting to pick you up and transfer you to your booked hotel for a relaxing afternoon and an evening stay.

Day 05&06: Zanzibar beach experience

For day 5 and day  of this 7 days bush and beach Tanzania safari, you will experience the charming Zanzibar Island. A variety of safari activities await you at Zanzibar, especially water activities. You will spend these two days relaxing at your luxury hotel in Zanzibar.

Day 07: Departure

Today depending on the time of your scheduled outbound flight, you will wake up lazily at your hotel and have breakfast. You will have a short rest after that as you wait for the check-out time. Your driver guide will pick you up and transfer you to Zanzibar Airport to catch your flight back home
