The 9 Days Uganda Wildlife Safari Tour will visit the three most important national parks in Uganda; Murchison Falls national park for a wildlife safari, Queen Elizabeth national park for another great Uganda wildlife tour, and Bwindi Impenetrable national park for an amazing Mountain gorilla trekking tour.

You will also enjoy the beautiful scenery of Lake Bunyonyi in Kabale. During this Uganda safari, you will do the Gorilla tracking in Bwindi impenetrable forest and the chimpanzee trekking in Kyambura Gorge of Queen Elizabeth national park.

You will do a lot of birding and game drives along the park’s trails. The weather is incomparable and the people are probably the friendliest in Africa. For accommodation, you can choose between Classic, Midrange, and Budget depending on your preference.

• Day 1 of the 9 Days Uganda Wildlife Safari Tour:

On arrival at Entebbe International Airport, our representative will meet greet and transfer to Kampala overnight.

• Day 2 of the 9 Days Uganda Wildlife Safari Tour: The marvelous Murchison Falls on the Nile

After an early breakfast, leave Kampala heading northwest. Optional: Visit the Ziwa Rhino sanctuary for a nature walk to see the rare rhinos in the wild.

Lunch en-route. Proceed to Murchison Falls National Park, with a brief stop on the top of the falls, where you can see the Niles perfected beauty and marvel as it squeezes through a seven-meter canyon.

The 43-meter drop of the falls creates a thunderous roar and a beautiful rainbow in the spray. Dinner and overnight.

• Day 3 of the 9 Days Uganda Wildlife Safari Tour – The boat cruise on the River Nile

Today we drive through the Northern part of the park for a game drive and take photographs of elephants, buffalos, waterbucks, hippos, giraffes, Uganda kobs, lions, and if you are lucky, the leopards, plus a variety of bird species.

After lunch, proceed for a two-hour cruise to the bottom of the mighty Murchison falls. This is an opportunity to see the amazing hippos and crocodiles along the riverbanks. Return for dinner and overnight.

• Day 4 of the 9 Days Uganda Wildlife Safari Tour: Fort Portal in the shadow of the Mountains of the Moon

Transfer from Murchison Falls NP driving Southwest through the Albertine Escarpment of the great Western Rift Valley. Lunch en-route.

Drive through Hoima and reach the colorful and beautiful town of Fort Portal, the capital of the Tooro kingdom, situated in the shadow of the fabled Mountains of the Moon, the Rwenzori. Dinner and overnight.

• Day 5 of the 9 Days Uganda Wildlife Safari Tour: Queen Elizabeth National Park, the Pearl of Uganda

Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park after breakfast. Have a game drive en-route arriving at the lodge in time for lunch. After lunch, enjoy the two-hour launch trip on the Kazinga Channel see the amazing birdlife and a variety of wild animals. An evening drive to the crater lakes region is rewarding. Dinner & overnight.

• Day 6 of the 9 Days Uganda Wildlife Safari Tour: The habituated chimpanzees of Kyambura Gorge

Take an early morning cup of coffee before setting off for a game drive along the Kasenyi track and Queen’s mile in the park and expect to see lions, elephants, buffaloes, warthogs, and lots of animals and birds. Get back to the lodge for breakfast.

After lunch, drive to Kyambura gorge for a forest walk in search of the habituated chimpanzees and other primates. The chimps are quite mobile and viewing them is unpredictable but the walk is a great adventure. This gorge is 16 km long on the Rift Valley and 100 meters deep. Dinner & overnight.

• Day 7 of the 9 Days Uganda Wildlife Safari Tour: The tree climbing lions in Ishasha

After breakfast, leave for the Ishasha sector of the park for a game drive in search of the tree-climbing lions. Packed lunch. After the game drive proceeds to Bwindi for dinner and overnight.

• Day 8 of the 9 Days Uganda Wildlife Safaris Tour: The magic encounter with the mountains gorillas

Early breakfast and briefing from the guides before you set off for the mountain gorilla tracking in the Bwindi forest. You need to carry drinking water, packed lunch, a rain jacket, and jungle boots while the rangers will provide you with a walking stick.

Gorilla tracking is enriching and rewarding as you walk through the thick rainforest. After tracking, set off on a scenic journey to Kabale through the beautiful terrain of the rolling hills with terraced landscape. An area referred to as the “Switzerland of Africa. Dinner and overnight at Lake Bunyonyi.

• Day 9 of the 9 Days Uganda Wildlife Safaris Tour: The fabulous scenery of Lake Bunyonyi

Our day starts with a two-hour boat ride on Lake Bunyonyi around the various islands on the lake for bird viewing, sightseeing, and discovering the sites of the Bakiga culture. Return to Kampala with lunch en-route.

Along the way you will see Ankole long-horned cattle, banana plantations, drum makers, papyrus swamps, roadside barbecue, and friendly people to bargain with, arriving on time for an evening flight back.
