Day 01: Fly-in to Amboseli National Park
From your hotel in Nairobi, your driver guide will pick you up and transfer you to Wilson Airport in Nairobi for a flight to Amboseli National Park. The flight from Nairobi to Amboseli is about 40 minutes. Arrive at Amboseli from where your safari driver guide will be readily waiting to receive you and take you on your first adventure on this classic 8 Days Kenya and Bwindi Gorilla Tour.
You will embark on a game drive through the park, witnessing various resident wildlife and birdlife in the park. Amboseli is famous for its giant tuskers and hence the nickname ‘‘The Land of Giants.’’ Besides large herds of elephants Amboseli National Park is also home to other wildlife species including the other members of the African Big Five Animals ( Lion, Leopard, and Rhino, buffalo). As it comes to time for lunch, you will be transferred to you booked accommodation facility within the park for a sumptuous meal.
After lunch, you will again embark on a thrilling adventure in the park to witness its charming beauty as you see large numbers of wildlife roaming and the towering Kilimanjaro Mountain in the background.

Day 02: Full-Day Adventure in Amboseli National Park
Wake up early in the morning and have breakfast at your lodge. After Breakfast, depart your lodge with packed lunch boxes for a full-day exploration of Amboseli National Park. Explore the diverse habitats of this charming Park for opportunities to see lions, leopards, buffalos, elephants, Hyenas, Cheetahs, giraffes, wildebeest, zebras, warthogs, and various antelope species. You will also have an opportunity to witness some resident bird species in the park. Have a lunch break in between the drive for a picnic lunch at a scenic spot within the park. After your lunch, continue with your exploration of this breathtaking safari park.
As your day draws to a close, return to your lodge for relaxation, dinner, and an overnight stay.

Day 03: Fly to Nairobi & then to Masai Mara National Reserve
Wake up early in the morning and enjoy an early morning game drive in Amboseli National Park. Return to the lodge for breakfast. After breakfast, depart your lodge and drive to Nairobi. Arrive in Nairobi in the Afternoon and proceed to Wilson Airport where you will catch your flight to Masai Mara National Reserve. Arrive at Seronera Airstrip in Masai Mara National Reserve where your driver guide will be readily waiting for you.
From the Airstrip, you will be driven to your lodge for check-in and Lunch. After lunch, you will embark on an afternoon adventure in the world’s renowned Masai Mara National Reserve. Masai Mara National Park is renowned for its abundant numbers of wildlife populations, allowing for all-year-round wildlife viewing opportunities. The Mara is also home to the world’s natural spectacular ‘‘The Wildebeest Migration’’ that you stand a chance to witness during your tour here. Explore the vast wilderness of the Masai Mara National Reserve for opportunities to see lions, leopards, rhinos, buffalos, elephants, hippos, crocodiles, zebras, giraffes, hyenas, cheetahs, wildebeest, and various antelope species among others. After your evening adventure, return to your booked safari lodge.

Day 04: Full-day game drive
Today you will spend a full day exploring the Mara. Wake up early in the morning and enjoy breakfast at your lodge. After breakfast, depart your lodge and embark on a thrilling game drive to explore the Masai Mara’s vast savannas for opportunities to spot wildlife species. Enjoy discovering different areas within the reserve. Your driver guide will take you to some wildlife hotspots in the Reserve for opportunities to witness the world-renowned Wildebeest Migration.
After the morning game drive in the park, return to your lodge where you will have a short rest and a sumptuous meal. After lunch, embark on another game drive in Masai Mara National Reserve for more wildlife watching opportunities.
Later in the late evening return to your lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 05: Fly to Nairobi & then to Entebbe – Uganda
Wake up early in the morning and have breakfast at the lodge, After breakfast, depart your lodge and drive to the Airstrip to catch your flight to Nairobi. Arrive in Nairobi and connect to your flight that will take you to Uganda’s Entebbe International Airport. From Entebbe, you will be welcomed and transferred to your hotel within Entebbe. Spend the rest of your day leisurely at your Hotel.

Day 06: Fly to Bwindi Forest National Park
Today wake up early in the morning and have breakfast. After breakfast, depart your hotel and drive to Entebbe to catch your flight to Bwindi. Arrive at Kihihi Airstrip in Kisoro where you will be welcomed and transported to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park where you will be embarking on your gorilla trekking adventure tour.
Arrive in Bwindi and transfer to your lodge. An optional evening community visit can be arranged at extra fees.

Day 07: Gorilla Trekking Experience
Today you will embark on the long-awaited mountain gorilla trekking. Wake up early in the morning and have an early morning breakfast at your lodge. After breakfast, depart your lodge and drive to the park headquarters for a briefing. You will join a group of other trekkers for a briefing session. After briefing, you will follow the lead of your ranger guide and indulge deep in the jungles to search for mountain gorillas.
You will track in the forest as you navigate challenging terrain and thick vegetation cover to locate gorillas. After locating gorillas in the wild, you will be allowed an exclusive one hour with them where you get the opportunity to observe them. Enjoy your time with the gorillas, take as many pictures as possible. After your allocated time elapses, you will start the trek back to the starting point. You will reach the headquarters where you will receive your certificate of participation. Return to your lodge for a refreshing meal and rest.
An optional community tour can be arranged in the Afternoon.

Day 08: Fly to Entebbe International Airport
