Detailed 4 Days Best Uganda Tour

Day 1– The marvelous Murchison Falls

Depart from Kampala driving northwest to Murchison falls national park. (optional: Visit the Ziwa Rhino sanctuary for a nature walk to see the rare rhinos in the wild).

Lunch in Masindi Hotel. Proceed to Murchison Falls National Park, the largest protected area in Uganda, with 3.840 Kms, named after the falls on the Victoria Nile. Dinner and overnight at Pakuba safari lodge.

Day 2 of the 4 Days Best Uganda Tour – The boat cruise on the Victoria Nile

Embark on an early morning game drive on the Northern bank where your guide will help you spot elephants, lions, cape buffaloes, Rothschild’s giraffes, hartebeests, water-bucks, Oribis, bush-bucks, spotted hyenas, and if you are lucky, leopards.

Return to the lodge for breakfast. After lunch, you will safari upstream by boat to the calm Victoria Nile and the base of the falls just tens of meters from the “Devil’s Cauldron.” There you can marvel at toothsome hippos, crocodiles and over the 17-kilometer stretch, you may also see elephants, waterbucks, and Uganda kobs.

This is also the habitat for many bird species including goliath herons, Egyptian geese, pelican bee-eaters, kingfishers, Hornbills, cormorants, and the rare shoebill stork. The boat leaves you near the falls and you will hike to the top. It is an exciting experience that brings you very close to the rushing whitewater as it squeezes itself through the narrow crevice below.

Relax a bit at the top where you can enjoy the Nile’s beauty. Your driver will be waiting for you here and return for dinner and overnight at your lodge.

Day 3– Murchison falls national park

This day is for your own relaxation, and refreshment, activities of your choice can be arranged at this time, with the help of our professional guides.

Day 4– Departure

Return to Kampala at leisure.
